The chapter 1, on the subject of  “Cleanliness” has been revised and the following additions are made (1) House fly and its role in pollution (2) Cleanliness a continuous process in nature (3) Cleanliness of mind, thought and intention.

              In chapter 2, on the subject of  “Food”, the word () has been explained further, with reference to the Quranic text.

              The chapter 3, on the subject of  “Narcotics”, has been revised and other narcotics in addition to it have been added.  The subject of () remained incomplete without it.

              The new chapter 4, on Cigarette smoking is neither a food, nor a drink and there is no mention of it in the holy Quran either.  Yet the habit formation and its deleterious effect on human health, makes it a useful adjunct to the subject of  ‘food and drink’.

              In chapter 5, on the subject of Fasting the comments on the phrase (  ) are a new addition.
